Select the “My Bank Accounts” tab and then select “My Debit Orders” All DebiCheck mandates will be displayed. Click on “View Mandates” to see further details. Select the mandate you want to Accept/Reject.

- Log into Online Banking.
- Select Current Account, that is the account that will be used for the DebiCheck debit order.
- Select Debit Orders in link.
- Select Mandate to authorize (mandate means to give Nedbank permission to debit your account) to get to the Mandate details screen.

As an FNB client you can use the FNB App, any FNB ATM, FNB Online banking or FNB Cell phone banking to electronically accept your DebiCheck debit order. If you do go to the branch for assistance, they will refer you to one of the available channels to authorise your DebiCheck debit order.
