The Fundi balance USSD code is 13487646# (no airtime or data required) or 1203385# (requires airtime). After dialing either code, follow these steps to check your FundiCard balance or make payments:
- Dial *134*87646# or *120*3385# on your phone.[2]
- Choose the relevant option (such as “Check balance” or “Pay merchant”).[2]
- If prompted to pay a merchant, enter their 7-digit merchant code (provided by your accommodation provider if applicable).[2]
- Enter your FundiCard number (the embossed number on the card).
- Provide your card PIN.
- Follow any additional prompts to view your balance or complete the transaction.
