- Dial
*120*3279#from the cellphone number linked to your Capitec Mobile Banking. - Choose the Send Cash option. Capitec’s page currently describes the path as reply 2, then reply 3, then accept the terms and reply 1. Menus can change, so read your screen.
- Choose the account to pay from and enter the amount.
- Create a 4-digit secret code for the recipient.
- Confirm with your Mobile Banking PIN, then give the recipient the reference number and, separately, the secret code.
