How to Use These USSD Codes
- Find the 16-digit PIN on your 1Voucher slip or in the SMS or app where you bought it.
- Open your dialler and type *130*3621*3*, then the full PIN, then #. Do not add spaces.
- Press call and follow the menu on your screen to choose airtime or data.
- Wait for the confirmation SMS and check your balance.
- If the voucher is rejected, check the digits and try once more before contacting 1Voucher support with the voucher serial number.
You cannot use your airtime balance to buy a 1Voucher over USSD; the USSD route is for redeeming a voucher you already hold. If a merchant gives you a change voucher after a part-payment, keep that PIN, as it is a separate voucher.
